HUGE lot on almost 20 acres! CORNER LOT in the peaceful Desert Heights area of 29 Palms! Situated on the corner of Morongo Road (aka Desert Heights Dr) and Indian Trail, if you are looking for a large plot of land with great seclusion that is not far from the amenities of civilization, you've just hit the jackpot. Zoned for rural R5 living and already possessing a WELL, seller states the parcel also has the ability to access to county water via Indian Trail, and that there is already not one but TWO POWER LINES running to the property that can supply power to two separate meters. In the past, the land hosted two mobile homes for many years, but there is currently only a concrete pad left from the oversized 2 car garage that was once on the property. Consider the land a blank canvas upon which to paint the dream home of your visions. With all the options for water and power available here and a lack of protected desert plants, building should be as carefree as the desert breeze (buyer to verify all utilities and land use). Walk the land and take in the stunning 360 degree views that encompass nearly the entire Morongo Basin. You'll be thrilled to know all this peace and quiet can be had without sacrificing any convenience, as the property is less than 10 minutes to downtown 29 Pal
